The FIPS executive and the Rosa Khutor organising committee have extended the early bird pricing for the congress through to November 30 2017.
The organising committee reports that we have registrations for attendees from 10 countries, with others to follow. We would like to remind attendees to not delay in submitting registrations to give plenty of time for visa application processing.
A draft schedule of events has been posted for review. Highlights include
- a presentation on global Avalanche mitigation techniques by our Avalanche SIG Fanny Bourjaillat
- a full schedule from the Medical SIG team including multi person incident case-studies, pain relief and immobilisation
- presentations from our hosts on their infrastructure and unique evacuation requirements in challenging terrain
